Description of the revision:

• Completely disassemble the machine
• Clean all parts
• Filling, sanding and spraying RAL 6011 (by a car painter)
• Have the bed sharpened
• Only scrape the bottom of the longitudinal slide onto the bed
• Raise the tailstock
• Ortlinghause gearbox checked and partially overhauled
• Collet installation overhauled
• Renew/adjust wedges
• Supply and install new threaded rod with cross slide nut
• Supply and install new toothed frame longitudinal slide
• Supply and install new scrapers
• Supply and install new oil sight glasses
• Supply and install new strings
• Supply and install new machine lamp
• Supply and install new MITUTOYO digital readout on 2 axes
• Supply and install new three-jaw round 160mm
• Supply and install new multifix chisel holder with 4 slides
• Prepare measurement report in accordance with factory DIN standards
